River View Ranch

The River View Ranch operates on over 200,000 acres of land in four different counties in northern Utah and includes one of the premiere luxury estate homes in the state of Utah. The estate home is nearly 17,000 square feet and sits on 271 acres in Woodland, Utah located about 30 minutes from Park City. There are 145 acres of pasture in Kamas, which is about 15 minutes from the Woodland home. Nearly 150,000 acres of the ranch are near Grouse Creek in Northwestern Utah located along the Utah/Nevada border. The winter range encompasses around 50,000 acres near Vernon, Utah. We are selling River View Ranch as a turn-key operation complete with homes, furnishings, ranch equipment and machinery, cattle, grazing permits, water rights, trophy elk hunting rights, and mineral rights. The total deeded acres of the ranch are 41,237 acres.
